Identication Query
Returns strings that identify the device.

*TST? Initiates an instrument self-test and returns the results. 5-19
*OPC Sets Operation complete command. 5-19
*OPC? Queries the completion of operation. 5-20
*CLS Status Clear (Clears STBR and SESR.) 5-20

Sets Standard Event Enable Register.
(The result of SESR and SEER is set to ESB.)
