Troubleshooting
Fault condition Cause Action
No power Cord is unconnected. Connect cord properly.
No fuse or fuse is blown out. Open the fuse box lid and
replace fuse.
No light output End face of the optical connector
is dirty.
Clean the end face of the optical
connector.
Optical connector is not connected
properly
Check the connecting state of the
optical connector.
GPIB communication
is not possible
GPIB address is not set correctly. Set GPIB address correctly.

The delimiter of this device does
not match with the delimiter of the
control software.
Match the delimiters.

properly.
Check the connection of the

LAN communication is
not possible

USB driver is not installed on the
computer properly.

bundled removable disk.
