Changing the playback speed
When learning a language or musical instrument, you may want to slow down the playback
speed. On the other hand, you may want to speed up the slow sections of a meeting. The
unit allows you to adjust the playback speed as needed. The audio is digitally adjusted and
is done automatically, and the musical interval does not change when you listen to it.
• For PCM recordings, you cannot change the playback speed.
During playback, if you want to increase
the playback speed, press the PLAY
SPEED (+) button.
Each press of the button further increases the
playback speed.
During playback, if you want to decrease
the playback speed, press the PLAY
SPEED (–) button.
Each press of the button further decreases the
playback speed.
• For SLOW playback, you can decrease the
speed by 5% each time. For FAST playback,
you can increase the speed by 10% each time.
