New Voicemail Message Alerts
When you receive a new voicemail message, your phone
alerts you and the following options are displayed by
pressing or (left soft key). To select an option,
highlight it and press .
䊳 Call Voicemail
to dial your voicemail box.
䊳 Details
to see the details of the new voicemail.
䊳 Clear Count
to clear the alert.
Retrieving Your Voicemail Messages
You can review your messages directly from your
Sprint PCS Phone or from any other touch-tone phone. To
dial from your Sprint PCS Phone, you can either speed dial
your voicemail box or use the menu keys.
Using One-Touch Message Access:

Press and hold . Follow the system prompts.

When you have a voicemail notification, you can access
to the message by pressing .
Using the Menu Keys on Your Sprint PCS Phone to
Access your Messages:
1.
From the Standby mode, press to display the
main menu.
2.
Highlight
Voicemail
and press .
3.
Highlight
Call Voicemail
and press or .
Using a Phone Other Than Your Sprint PCS Phone to
Access Your Messages:
1.
Dial your Sprint PCS Phone Number.
2.
When your voicemail box answers, press .
3.
Enter your pass code.
Note:
Your phone accepts
messages even when it
is turned off. However,
you are only notified of
new messages when
your phone is turned on
and you are in a
Sprint PCS Service
Area.
