5. Store pH electrodes in KCl solution (3 mol/L concen-
tration). Always leave the filling hole open when in
use and closed when the electrode is in storage.
Refill with filling solution when the internal solution
drops to 1 inch (approx. 25 mm) below the filling
hole.
