- An object (e.g. a stone) is stuck in the
grinder.
Left espresso outlets are disabled
- Press the [RESET] button.
- If the message persists, disconnect the
espresso machine from the power mains.
Vacuum the coffee beans out of the
grinder. Check the grinder for stuck ob-
jects.
- If the problem still persists, contact an
authorised customer service representa-
tive.
grinder right blockd

- See "grinder left blocked".
Right espresso outlets are disabled.

grounds bin full
(sTxt-173)
- You can still serve 5 products before the
espresso machine gets blocked.
- Empty the coffee grounds container.

- When the espresso machine is switched
on, no products can be served until the
system warms up.
The espresso machine is blocked.
- You can dispense espresso and hot water
products after approx. 5 minutes.
- Check the phase fuse.
- If the message persists, contact a manu-
facturer-authorised customer service rep-
resentative.
heating steam

- Excessive steam outputs.
- Phase fuse defective.
- Safety switch has opened.
Steam outputs are disabled other products
can be dispensed.
- You can dispense espresso and hot water
products after approx. 5 minutes.
- Check the phase fuse.
- If the message persists, contact a manu-
facturer-authorised customer service rep-
resentative.

- The water level in the steam generator is
wrong.
Steam discharge is blocked.
- Check whether the stop valve of the water
mains is open.

- Control defective.
The espresso machine cannot be operated.
- Contact a manufacturer-authorised cus-
tomer service representative.

- The control unit has recorded an error
function of the motor in the left brewing
unit.
Left espresso outlets are disabled.
