Operation and Programming Concepts
If there is break in a communications link (see Figure 2) the broadcast is disposed of by the
unit unable to pass it on. In the situation where a unit has been removed from the loop (see
Figure 3), the broadcast is passed only from com2 to com1 at the jump. In Figure 3, panel 5
passes the broadcast to panel 3, but panel 3 will not pass the broadcast on to panel 5 since it
is supposed to be communicating to panel 4.

1.4 Addressable Devices
1.4.1 Supported Devices
The MR-2200 can use analog/addressable devices. There are two general types of devices:
sensors and modules. The following devices are supported:
