The oil dipstick can be used to add oil.
1. Pull out the oil dipstick.
2. Add the appropriate amount of recommended engine oil. Do
not overfill. The oil level should be between the upper and
lower marks.
3. Tighten the oil dipstick again.
4. Put the shifter in park gear and lock the parking brake.
5. Start the engine and let it idle for 1 to 2 minutes.
6. Stop the engine.
7. Check for leaks.
8. Check the oil level and add oil as needed so that the oil level
reaches the mark on the dipstick.
Recommended engine oil: Maxima ATV PREMIUM4 10W-40
