Before riding, check if the throttle lever moves smoothly. If
the throttle is stuck or the throttle is not working properly, it
will cause an accident. Do not start or drive the vehicle if the
throttle is stuck or is not operating properly.

THROTTLE LEVER
The throttle lever controls the engine speed. To increase the
engine speed, press the throttle lever with your thumb, to reduce
the engine speed. Release the pressure of the throttle lever and
when you release your thumb, the engine returns to idle.
