To troubleshoot an oxygen sensor failure on your Segway Offroad Vehicle, first, check if the oxygen sensor connector is securely connected. If it is, unplug the connector and inspect the sensor and wire harness end pins for any bending or deformation. Next, verify that the resistance between pins B and D is normal, and also check that the voltage between pin B and the main relay is normal. Finally, reconnect the connector, run the engine briefly, and confirm that the voltage between pins A and C is normal.
