Temperature Sensor
A
Function introduction
The temperature sensor function is used to monitor the temperature of the engine coolant. The sensor
delivers engine temperature information to the ECU to determine engine performance and the display.
The temperature sensor is generally installed on the intake side of the engine block. The cylinder
temperature sensor can be seen by disassembling the left side cover and seat cushion of the whole
vehicle (see A in the fi gure below).

Working principle
The NTC thermistor is encapsulated in the temperature sensor, and its resistance value changes with
the change of the ambient temperature, so as to accurately and timely measures the small change of
the external temperature. The temperature of the contact medium can be refl ected by measuring its
output resistance. Where, terminal
