Note on the configuration parameters of the autoclave
operation.
1. If, accidentally, these parameters are modied, re-establish them
with the “default” value of this table.
2. Parameter B is important for adjusting the initial water volume of
the autoclave.
(For cycles with a long “purge” (more than 10 minutes) it is convenient
to increase this parameter about 5 ... 8s.
3. Parameter V establishes the difference between the water probe
and the “heart” probe.
The default value is 2ºC. Increasing this value to 4ºC, you may shorten
the treatment time due to a higher water temperature.
4. Parameter D only appears in the 20L STERIL-FOOD and the value
can be increased in the case of very long processes (more than 90
minutes). See error 37.
5. To access parameters, you must enter in Factory mode. Enter
password 0284 to establish this operator.
6. In addition to the previous parameters, there are 3 correction factors
for the different probes
Waterprobe: process control probe located at the bottom of the
chamber.
Productprobe: probe placed inside the can for the control of the
product and the calculation of the F

Pressureprobe: probe that controls the internal pressure of the
chamber.
Use a standard probe to adjust the autoclave reading values to the
value indicated by the pattern.
