J. Assembly of Cables -CP, -KP and -NP
NOTE:
THIS PROCEDURE IS ONLY APPLICABLE TO CABLES -CP, -KP AND -NP.
NOTE:
REFER TO IPL FIG. 5 TO IPL FIG. 7. FOR THE WIRING, REFER TO FIG. 2002 OR FIG. 2003.
(1) Solder the cables (080, 090, 100) at the PCB (050).
(2) Install the knob (060) on the PCB (050).
(3) Install the optical waveguide (030) inside the cover (020).
(4) Install the PCB (050) with the attached cables into the housing (010).
(5) Put the cover (020) in the correct position to the housing (010).
(6) Install the screws (040) in the housing (010) with a torque of 15 Ncm
w1 Ncm
(with metrical screws max 3 Ncm).

FOR THE WIRING REFER TO FIG. 2004 TO FIG. 2011.
(1) Install the slide knobs on the outer side of the cover (020), if applicable:
- Fig. 8 to Fig. 13: 030
(2) Install the oval insert from outside of the cover (020), if applicable:
- Fig. 9: 040
- Fig. 13: 120
(3) Install the optical waveguide from inside into the cover (020), if applicable:
- Fig. 8, Fig. 10 to Fig. 13: 040
- Fig. 9: 050
- Fig. 14, Fig. 15, Fig. 16: 030
(4) Make sure that the insulating foil (IPL Fig. 12 to Fig. 16) is installed on the relevant PCB (battery
powered) to prevent short-circuits.
(5) Solder the leads of the cables to the PCB:
- Fig. 8: 120 and 130
- Fig. 9, Fig. 13: 130 and 140
- Fig. 10, Fig. 12: 120 to 140
- Fig. 11: 120 to 150
- Fig. 14: 100 to 120
- Fig. 15:100 and 110
- Fig. 16: 100 to 115
