Activating the Print Hold function
Once you have programmed a Print Hold code, follow the steps below to
activate the Print Hold function.
♦ A Print Hold code must be programmed before the Print Hold function can
be activated.

Printing received faxes
When the Print Hold function is activated, RCVD PRINT HOLD FAX will
appear in the display when a fax has been received to memory. Follow the
steps below to print the fax (or faxes).
