1. Display the entry that you want to assign to a folder in the
View mode of its application.
2. Touch [m .
A window opens.

3. Touch as many folders as you want to assign the entry to.
(Touch a folder again to deselect it.)
4. Touch p] .
A “Filed!” message is displayed and the View mode
reappears.
