1. INSTALLATION
● Liquid gasket and thread sealant (Loctite Safety Solvent)
NOTE:
①
We recommend the liquid gasket sealer is SHIBAURA Part Code No. 095109062 or Three Bond No. 1104.
②
Use care to not permit excess sealer to enter the inside of the housings or shift rod bores.
③
We recommend the thread sealant is Three Bond No. 1305B and apply the thread sealant.
● Installation generally follows the removal procedure in reverse and refers to mentioned below:
1) High pressure oil pipe
① The adapter nut of the high-pressure oil pipe tighten to 44.1~53.9 N･m (4.5~5.5 kgf･m).
② The flare nut of the high-pressure oil pipe tighten to 29.4~39.2 N･m (3~4 kgf･m).

③ The adapters to power steering control valve
tighten to 44.1~53.9 N･m (4.5~5.5 kgf･m).
