5) Front wheel drive shaft, Joint assembly
NOTE: Apply the grease containing disulfide
molybdenum onto drive shaft’s and joint
assembly’s splines.
① Install the drive shaft, coupling and bearing unit
onto the main frame and drive in the spring pin to
the coupling.
② Install the joint assembly between the drive pinion
and drive shaft and secure with special bolt tighten
to 22.6-28.4 N.m (2.3-2.9 kgf.m).
6) ROPS Frame (L.H., R.H., Center)
① Install the ROPS frame (L.H., R.H., Center) onto
the transmission assembly and tighten to as follows:
M10 bolt to 44.1~53.9 N·m (4.5~5.5 kgf·m).
M12 bolt to65.7~83.3 N·m (6.7~8.5 kgf·m).
7) Foot brake and hand brake adjustment
NOTE: Adjust the foot brake free play at first, and
adjust hand brake at next.
(1) Foot brake adjustment
Adjust the foot brake pedal free play to 25-30 mm,
and left and right brakes are equally.
