(2) Parking Hand brake adjustment
Free play of foot brakes is adjusted to 25-30 mm at first,
and adjusts the parking brake next as follows:
① Jack up the both rear wheels off of the ground.
② Install the washer and U-nut on the both wire
assemblies and adjust the screw protrusion from
U-nut to 1mm.
③ Pull up and hold the parking brake lever at first
notched.
④ The wire assembly is pulled up and hooked on the
wire holder.
⑤ Turn the top nut on until the parking brake operates
enough.
NOTE: Release the parking brake to disengaged
position and check the brake is no dragging
by turn the rear wheel.
⑥ Secure the wire to wire holder by turn the lower nut.
⑦ Adjust the opposite wire assembly as same manner.
NOTE:
1. Release the parking brake to disengaged
position and re-check the brakes are no
dragged by turn the rear wheels.
2. Recheck the parking brake is operated properly
when the parking brake is pulled up to one
notch.
⑧ Place the tractor onto the ground.
8) Brake switch
① Install the brake switch to contact the plate and
fixing with two nuts.
② Install the spring between switch and brake pedal.
