1. ENGINE REMOVAL
1) Bonnet
① Open the bonnet and disconnect the connector for
the headlights.
② Disconnect the negative battery cable from the
battery.
③ Remove the bonnet from the tractor.
2) Side cover
➀ Remove the right and left side covers.
3) Steering wheel, instrument panel, Dashboard
① Remove the cap, retaining nut and spring washer.
② Pull the steering wheel and steering cover.
③ Remove the grip from the hand throttle lever.
④ Disconnect the main wire harness connectors from
bottom of dashboard.
⑤ Remove the tachometer cable from the instrument
panel and remove the dashboard.
NOTE: Keep the glass face of the instrument panel
up after removal. This will prevent the
silicone oil in the fuel level and coolant
temperature gauges from leaking out
causing the gauges to give a false indication
during operation.
4) Battery
➀ Disconnect the positive terminal from the battery,
and remove the battery holder and battery.
