a. Ethernet Ports - One is connected to incoming Cat5e for the Internet. The other is connected to the Pin Pad.
b. Power - Power brick connects here from a wall outlet to the Hub. Power does not need to be directly connected to the POS.
c. USB Ports for receipt printer and other USB accessories.
d. RJ12 port (NOT USED)
e. Serial connection - Sometimes used for a scale or other devices requiring a RS232 connection.
SYSTEM INSTALLATION
SKYTAB POS
The Onyx POS system is comprised of three components:
1. The SkyTab multipurpose hub.
2. The SkyTab POS Workstation.
3. The power adapter and cable.
The Multipurpose hub is connected via USB-C to 1 of 2 ports on the bottom of
the POS.
