Installing the battery mount
(2) Check that the SHIMANO original tool is making firm and even contact with the
contact surface of the upper bracket and lower bracket, then secure the upper
bracket.

NOTICE
• The battery cannot be retained properly unless the upper bracket and lower
bracket are parallel. Adjust the SHIMANO original tool so that it is making firm
and even contact with both sides of the left and right contact surface of the
lower bracket.
