5. ADJUSTMENTS
5.1 WORK HEIGHT ADJUSTMENT
The cutting height is determined by the vertical position of the pivoting wheels
“A”.
Lifting the wheels, the blades approach the ground and, vice versa, lowering
them, the tools will move away from the ground.
Adjusting the height of the pivoting wheels:
• Disengage the power take-o and disconnect the PTO drive shaft;
• Lift the mower and place it on supports to ensure stability;
• Keep wheel “A” forcefully high, and its entire support “A”;
• Remove the snap-pin "B";
• Slide the wheel, complete with fork “A”, and the spacers that regulate its
height out;
• Properly reposition the spacers at the bottom of the wheel support pin in
order to properly adjust its height (see diagram below);
• Insert the wheel support pin into its seat and place the remaining spacers (if
any), at the top of the pin;
• Reinsert the snap-pin "B";
• Repeat the procedure on the remaining rotating wheels ensure that the
spacers are positioned exactly like those of the rst wheel.
