1.3 GENERAL DELIVERY NOTES
The mower has been manufactured in accordance with 2006/42/EC Directive
and was designed observing the guidelines of technical standards for mowers.
The machine therefore does not present any danger to the operator if used
according to the instructions of this manual, provided that the safety devices are
kept e󰀨ective working order.
SICMA POINTS OUT THAT ANY CHANGES TO OR TAMPERING WITH THE
MOWER OR ANY OPERATION PERFORMED THAT IS NOT IN ACCORDANCE
WITH THAT OUTLINED IN THIS MANUAL, IN PARTICULAR FAILURE TO
COMPLY WITH THE SAFETY REQUIREMENTS, AS WELL AS INVALIDATING
THE WARRANTY, EXEMPTS SICMA FROM ANY LIABILITY FOR DAMAGE TO
PROPERTY OR INJURY TO PERSONS.
The information, descriptions and illustrations contained in this document reect
the state of the art at the time of machine marketing.
The Manufacturer reserves the right to make any changes to the machines at any
time due to technical or commercial reasons. These changes do not require the
Manufacturer to act on vehicles sold so far, nor to consider the present publication
inadequate.
Any additions that the Manufacturer deems appropriate to provide later, will need
to be kept with the manual and considered to be part of it.
The mower, its parts and accessories, are normally shipped by lorry or container.
Upon receipt of the machine, check that the delivery corresponds with the order
specications (see delivery note or packing-list) and that there is no damage to
the mower or to its accessories.
Spare parts or ancillary equipment are sometimes placed in separate containers.
In the event of damage or missing parts immediately inform SICMA or its local
representatives, the carrier or its insurance agent, providing details and/or photos.
The mower is delivered by SICMA with the following equipment:

2- MOWER USE AND MAINTENANCE MANUAL
3 - PTO DRIVE SHAFT USE AND MAINTENANCE MANUAL
4 - CE DECLARATION OF CONFORMITY
