11.2 TROUBLESHOOTING TABLE
NOTE
Before applying the suggested remedies, make another attempt to see if the
problem persists. In this case, start by attempting the most basic remedies. If,
despite the attempts, the fault persists, contact a technical support centre.
FAULT CAUSE REMEDY
Oil leakage from the box
multiplier
• Too much oil in the box
• Breather plug with faulty valve
• Top-up/drain/level caps loose
• Damaged gaskets
• Restore the proper oil level
• Replace the breathing cap
• Tighten the top-up/drain/level caps
• Replace the gaskets
Uneven mowing
• Worn or damaged blades
• Wheels are not properly adjusted
• Machine clogged
• Replace the blades
• Carry out adjustments
• Decrease tractor advancement speed
• Clean cutting chamber
Multiplier gearbox
overheated
• Insucient oil
• Finished oil
• Turf mowing dicult
• Restore the oil level
• Reduce advancement speed
Premature wear of the
blades
• Stony ground
• Blades too close to the ground
• Patrol the ground previously
• Adjust the cutting height correctly
Machine noise or vibrations
• Unbalanced blades unit
