Thread the cable strain relief assembly into the
front connector.

Do you want to bring the cables out at the bottom of the module?
If so:
Start with terminal 20 and wire the terminals in the
sequence terminal 20, 19, .... until you get to 1.
Start with terminal 40 or 20 and continue to wire the ter-
minals reciprocally, i.e. the terminals 39, 19, 38, 18, etc.
until terminals 21 and 1.
If not:
Start with terminal 1 and wire the terminals in the
sequence terminal 1, 2, .... until you get to 20.
Start with terminal 1 or 21 and continue to wire the termi-
nals reciprocally, i.e. the terminals 2, 22, 3, 23, etc. until
terminals 20 and 40.

Also tighten the screws of any terminals that are not wired.

Thread the cable strain relief assembly into the front con-
nector.
5.
Pull the cable strain relief assembly tight. Push the retainer on the strain relief assembly in to the left; this will
improve utilization of the available space.
