Step by Step
Personal directory transfer
In this menu you have 2 options:
• Transfer via USB
• Transfer via LAN
Enter the Administration menu. Access page 17.
Select "File transfer".
Select "Personal directory transfer".
Select "Transfer via USB".
or
Select "Transfer via LAN".
Transfer via USB
Requirements: An operable USB connection

exists
between the PC and optiPoint 600 office and the pro-
gram "PCopti600" has been installed and configured.
Select "Import directory".
Normal operation of the Personal Directory application
will be interrupted while the existing directory is over-
written.
After transfer click softkey.
or
Select "Export directory".
Normal operation of the Personal Directory application
will be interrupted briefly whilst a comma delimited file
is created ready for export.
After transfer click softkey.
