Step by Step
Consulting a second party
You can call a second party while a call is in progress.
The connection to the first party is placed on hold.
Prerequisite: You are conducting a call.
Select and confirm the option shown.
j Enter and confirm the second party’s phone number.
Ending or canceling a consultation call
Select and confirm the option shown.
The call with the first party is resumed.
Switching to the held party (alternating)
Prerequisite: You are conducting a consultation call.
Select and confirm the option shown.
In the first display line, the phone number or name and
the duration of the active connection are displayed.
Ending an alternate operation
Select and confirm the option shown.
The active call is disconnected and the held call is re-
stored.

You can switch back and forth between two sub-
scribers by repeatedly selecting and confirming
"Alternate".
