2. Quick start
The Sensformer Connectivity Device is the data acquisition unit,
which collects analog and digital data from the transformer and
publishes to the management software.
The Sensformer Connectivity Device is not a controlling solution,
the provided data shall not be the base of control-, or
management decisions regarding the transformer or the power
system.
The device is not replacing conventional safety and security
solutions. For critical operations always rely on data from
multiple sources.
The Sensformer Connectivity Device has 3 analog inputs, 1 PT100
input, 2 digital inputs, 1 Ethernet port, 1 ModBus port, 2 SMA
antenna ports (GSM and GPS) and a SIM card slot. The following
steps shall be followed to get started.

Only trained and qualified personnel are allowed to
install or replace this equipment.

Power supply and digital inputs are not allowed to be
connected during installing and/or wiring Sensformer
Connectivity Device.

The digital inputs are not allowed to be powered when
installing and/or wiring Sensformer Connectivity Device!

DANGER
Only connect certified external devices to outputs that
are safety extra low voltage (SELV) rated to the
equipment to avoid the risk of electric shock.
CAUTION
No user serviceable parts inside.
Warranty void if seal broken.
Do not remove cover!
