Select one of the approved mounting positions for your HMI device. The approved mounting
positions are described in the following sections using the TP700 Comfort INOX as an
example.
Mounting in horizontal format
All HMI devices are suitable for horizontal mounting positions.
A maximum ambient temperature of +50 °C is permitted for vertical mounting (0° tilt angle); a
maximum of +40 °C is permitted for inclined mounting.
The ambient temperature for the 19" devices when installed vertically
should not exceed +45 °C.
Mounting in vertical format
The Touch HMI devices are also suitable for mounting in vertical format. Select the
appropriate screen format during configuration.
A maximum ambient temperature of +40 °C is permitted for vertical mounting (0° tilt angle); a
maximum of +35 °C is permitted for inclined mounting.
