You have two methods, manual and automatic,
to reintegrate your fail-safe SM channels after a
channel fault. You can choose to reintegrate in

necessary for reintegration)

channels automatically reintegrated and

You set the "Default F-monitoring time for central F-IO" in the F-parameters of the fail-safe CPU. STEP 7 uses this
number to set the F-monitoring time in each fail-safe SM unless you select the check box for "Manual Assignment of F-
monitoring time" in that module configuration and assign a different time.
