Setting and Resetting the Outputs
If you set the behavior of an output to "Inactive", you can set and reset enabled outputs
using the appropriate bits in the DB.

Behavior of the Digital Outputs
For both digital outputs you can program one of 7 possible responses to reaching the
comparison value. The various options are shown in the table below.

Inactive
The output remains deactivated and is not affected by the comparison value,
zero crossing, overflow, or underflow events. The output DOx may be used
purely as a digital output. When enabled, it can be set and reset with the
SET_DOx bit.

The output is set to 1 if the counter is in the range between the comparison
value and overflow.
Setting the counter to a value between the comparison value and overflow
sets the output to 1.
