If the OV (OVER-VOLT), LV (LOW-VOLT), FLT (FAULT), and TMP (TEMP) lights are illuminated, it indicates an excessive clock frequency on the PULSE input or high-frequency interference. Check the clock frequency. Switch the mains voltage or ENABLE signal off and on again.
