4 Preparations prior to installation
4.1 Jumper settings for 230 V AC/ 115 V AC power supply
The 6DR190*-5 units can be converted from 230 V AC to 115 V AC
by changing jumper settings. The controllers are set initially to a
mains voltage of 230 V AC.
1) Remove the backplane as described in chapter 4.3
2) Position the backplane in front of you as illustrated.
3) Relocate both jumpers from ”230 V AC” to ”115 V AC”.
Apply the two adhesive labels supplied (power supply 115 V) to the
rating plate over the 230 V AC field and on the right of the housing
next to the mains connector so that it is vertical on the backplane
panel (see illustration on page 29).
4) Re-install the backplane in the reverse order of sequence.
