2.19.4 Parameterisation Error
Changes made in settings during allocation of binary inputs and outputs or during as-
signment of measuring inputs, may lead to inconsistencies endangering proper oper-
ation of protective and supplementary functions.
The device 7UT613/63x controls the settings for consistency and announces any in-
consistent settings. For instance, earth fault differential protection cannot be applied if
there is no measuring input for the starpoint current between starpoint of the protected
object and the earthing electrode.
These inconsistencies are output with the operational and spontaneous annuncia-
tions.
