04.97 Programming of Traversing Blocks
4.9.4 Synchronism in combination with interpolation and chaining
Programming:
N10 G00 X(Z)100.000 Y100.000
N20 G01 X(Z)200.000 Y300.000 F1000.00
N30 G76 X(Z)300.000 Y400.000
N40 G77 X(Z)400.000 Y800.000 FX1000.00 FY2000.00
(Z) In case of permanent synchroism, Z is not indicated
N10: Interpolation with rapid traverse
There is an interpolation between the X and Y-axes. The Z-axis follows the X-axis.
The resulting axis velocities are determined in such a way that all axes traverse at
their maximum velocity along a straight line.
N20: Interpolation with path velocity
There is an interpolation between the X and Y-axes. The partial velocities are
determined for the X and Y-axes. The Z-axis traverses at the velocity of the X-axis.
If the partial velocity calculated for the X-axis is higher than the admissible maximum
velocity (MD31) for the Z-axis, all partical velocities are reduced so far that,
nevertheless, an interpolation straight line can be traversed without violating any axis
velocities.
N30: Chaining with rapid traverse
The Y-axis traverses with its maximum velocity (MD31). At the same time, the X and
Z-axis traverse with the velocity of the MD31 of the slower axis.
N40: Chaining with axis velocity
The synchronous axes traverse with the axis velocity FX1000.00 and at the same
time, the Y-axis moves to its position with FY2000.00.
Make sure that in synchronism the axis programmed first determines at the
same time which axis speed is used.
