Problem Solution
The solar panel
isn't charging
the built-in
battery.
• Clean the surface of the solar panel to ensure it is not covered
in dust
• The solar panel charging temperature is between 0˚C to
50˚C. The sunlight intensity and the ambient temperature
all affect the charging efficiency. Ensure the camera is
positioned where it can receive optimal sunlight.
• The solar panel requires around 7 to 14 days to fully charge. If
the shooting frequency is too high during the charging time,
this will in turn cause the battery power to drain faster than
the charging speed. The built-in battery will come partially
charged. It is recommended to fully charge the camera using
the USB-A to USB-C cable (supplied) prior to setting up
outdoors for solar charging.

clear?
• Check the protective film has been removed from the
camera lens, LEDs and PIR sensor before use.
• Check that the lens is not dirty. If the lens is dirty, clean the
lens with a suitable cleaning cloth (not supplied).
The recorded
videos are
choppy or
jumpy when
played back on
my PC?
• Check that the MP4 video format can be played on your
computer.
• Check that you PC system meets the requirements for video
playback.
