Problem Solution
The Wildlife
Camera does
not turn on?
Check if the built-in battery power is low or non-existent by
switching the Wildlife Camera back to SETUP mode and
observing the built-in battery power level on the bottom left
side of the viewing screen. In this case, charge the camera
using the USB-A to USB-C cable (supplied).
Check that the 4 x Alkaline (AA/LR6) batteries (not supplied)
are installed correctly.
Check if the Alkaline batteries power is low or non-existent
by pressing the
button when in SETUP mode or within
the menu options and settings. In this case, replace the 4 x
Alkaline batteries (AA/LR6).
Try re-setting the camera by inserting a paper clip or similar
metal tool into ‘R’ reset hole located on the bottom of the
camera when the protective case is open.
If the Wildlife Camera still does not switch ON, contact the
After Sales Support on 1300 777 137 for advice.
The Wildlife
Camera
turns off
automatically?
The default setting for auto power off is 3 minutes. To change
the auto power off setting or to switch the auto power off
function completely off, refer to the ‘Menu Options and
Settings’ section on pages 21-25.
Check if the built-in battery power is low or non-existent by
switching the Wildlife Camera back into SETUP mode and
observing the built-in battery power level in the bottom left
side of the viewing screen. If there are Alkaline batteries (not
supplied) inserted in the camera, check if the Alkaline battery
power is low or non-existent by pressing the
button when
in SETUP mode or within the menu options and settings.
In this case, charge the built-in battery using the USB-A to
USB-C cable (supplied) and/or replace the 4 x Alkaline (AA/
LR6) batteries.
Check if the micro SD card is full. In the case that the memory
card is full, either delete some files in the playback mode or
transfer some images and videos to your PC using the USB-A
to USB-C cable (supplied). Refer to the instructions on page
35 for how to delete files.
