17. Clean all of the accessories that have
been used immediately if possible.
9. Using the mixer
assembly
Application area:
The mixer assembly4 is suitable for stirring
light dough (e.g. sponge mixture, pancake
batter) and kneading yeast dough (e.g. piz-
za dough).
WARNING! Risk of material dam-
age!
~ The device is unsuitable for heavy
dough (e.g. full-grain bread dough) or
large amounts of dough. It is possible to
process sizeable amounts of dough in
portions.
Processing table:
WARNING! Risk of material dam-
age!
~ Never process more than 250 g flour at
a time.
~ Do not operate the device continuously
with the mixer assembly4 in place for
more than 5 minutes. After this, the de-
vice must remain switched off until it has
cooled down to room temperature.
NOTE: the homogeneity of sponge mixture
will be better, if the ingredients are at room
temperature when being processed.

clockwise slightly until it audibly clicks
