The grinder is equipped with a totally
enclosed fan cooled motors which
requires no regular maintenance. The
motors should be cleaned periodically with
either a vacuum or compressed air.
The feed screw should be lubricated
lightly with dry graphite as needed for
easy operation.
6.1 Aligning the head vertically
The grinding head is aligned at the
factory and should only be adjusted if you
are sure it is out of alignment.
Disengage the grinding head from the
carriage travel by pulling the pin down and
turning it.
