ANPASSUNG DER GELENKWELLE
Die Gelenkwelle muss verschiedenen
Schleppern angepasst werden.
Die genaue Länge wird wie folgt festgestellt:
y Maschine ohne Gelenkwelle an den
Schlepper anbauen.
y Gelenkwelle auseinanderziehen und die
beiden Wellenhälften an den Schlepper
und die Maschine anbauen; dabei einen
gegenteiligen Vergleich machen (Bild 5).
y Üerprüfen Sie, ob beim Höchstanheben -
oder -senken des Dreipunkt-hebelwerks
die Überdeckung der Gelenkwellen min.
20 mm (b) beträgt und ob bei
waagerechter Lage die Gelenkwelle nicht
auf Block sitzt (es müssen mindest 20
mm überbleiben (a).
y Bei eventueller Kürzung müssen beide
Schiebe- und Stützrohre um gleiches
Mass abgesägt werden.
y Entgraten Sie dann die Rohrenden,
entfernen die Späne und fetten die
Gleitstellen gut ein.
ADJUSTMENT OF THE P.T.O.
SHAFT
The adjustment of the P.T.O. Shaft is
necessary for different tractors.
To find out the right lenght:
y Connect the machine to the tractor.
y Pull out the P.T.O. Shaft entirely and
connect each separate half of the shaft to
the tractor and than compare them with
each other (fig. 5).
y Test if the covering of the P.T.O. Shaft
tubes is minimal 200 mm (b) at max.
lifting and lowering of the 3 point hitch
bars, and if the P.T.O. Shaft does not run
into the block at horizontal position (the
distance should be at least 20 mm).
y In case you need to shorten the P.T.O.
Shaft, make sure you shorten both shafts
and protection tubes for exactly the same
lenght.
y File the end of the tube, remove the
remainings of filing and lubricate gliding
spots well.

MONTAGE UND WARTUNGS-
VORGÄNGE
Anläßlich der Einbau der Kupplung und nach
längere lagerung, die Gleitflächen und
maximaler Federdruck auf den Scheiben
erneuern. Dabei wie folgt vorgehen:
1. Die Kupplung auf Eingangswelle
aufstecken und sich dabei
vergewissern daß der Sicherungsbolzen
gut eingerastet ist.
INSTALLATION AND
MAINTENANCE PROCEDURES
Upon initial use of the clutch, and after
storage, it is necessary to restore the
condition of the friction surfaces and apply
full load to the discs with the following
procedure.
1. Install the device onto the input shaft of
the machine and tighten all fastening
hardware.
