      If you see a general fault message on the LCD screen of your SKC Water Pump, it could be due to several reasons. It might be a sample media fault, in which case you should check the media for heavy loading or damage, rectify the problem, and then try restarting the programming. Alternatively, it could be a sample train fault; inspect the tubing for any blockages or crimping, correct the issue, and attempt to restart the programming. Lastly, a software error causing a frozen keypad could be the culprit. To resolve this, disconnect the battery for one minute, reconnect it, and then try restarting the programming.
