Technical description1.7.1.
KP 2U (SKYLEADER 200) is an ultralight, two-seater, all-metal, self-contained, low-wing aircraft with side-by-side seats.
Maximal take-off weight of the airplane is 450 kg (992 lb), with Emergency Parachute System MTOW is 472,5 kg (1198
lb). Supporting surfaces are with two spars. They are composed of a rectangular centre-section and a trapezoidal
outer wing with Fowler fl ap. The fuselage is of a semi-monocoque construction. Tail units are self-contained, all metal
with a forward HTU. A three-wheeled undercarriage with a controlled front wheel is retractable or fi xed.
