INSTALL THE DOOR ARMS

Attach Emergency Release Rope

Thread the red rope through the hole in
the trolley release handle and tie an
over-hand knot. Leave the trolley release
lever in the released position until further
testing is completed.

Connect the Door Arm to Door Bracket

Connect the curved door arm to the door
bracket with clevis pin and hitch pin
Connect the straight door arm to the door
bracket with clevis pin and hitch pin
Connect the straight door
arm to the trolley with clevis
pin and hitch pin
Connect the curved
door arm to the trolley
with clevis pin and
hitch pin

Jamb Door
- Use extreme care when pulling
release handle. DO NOT use
handle to pull door open or closed.
- Never use emergency release
handle unless garage doorway is
clear of persons and obstructions.
Note: Emergency Release Handle should
hang 6 feet (1.5m) above floor. Adjust rope
length if it is necessary.
