b. Flatscreen Arm Tension Adjustment
Remove the lower end cap from the end of the arm
to gain access to the spring tension screw. The end
capissecuredbyascrewlocatedonthetopside
of the arm. Using an allen wrench, adjust spring
tensionbyturningthespringtensionadjustment
screwclockwisetodecreasetensionandcounter
clockwisetoincreasetension.Thearmshouldhold
its positionthroughout its rangeoftravel (gure
5-19).Theverticaltravelstopcanberemoved,if
applicable,toachieveafullrangeofverticaltravel.
Removetheblockbyremovingtheallenbolt.Install
end caps upon completing the adjustment.
CAUTION
Do not remove the vertical travel stop if
the monitor is not installed. Removing
the stop without the weight of the
monitor will result in damage to the
plumbadjustmentsystem.
