a. Upper Radial Arm Rotation Position
Adjustment
The degree of rotation provided by the upper
bearingstopscanbepositionedasdesiredforthe
relationshipofthearmassemblytotheroom.Refer
togure5-21.Itisrecommendedthattheupper
armsrotateawayfromthesurgicaleldandthat
the lower arms rotate underneath the upper arm.

To alter the position of the rotation stops for the
mountinghub,usethefollowingprocedure.
1. Rotate the appropriate arm in the
directionofthestoptobeadjusteduntilitcontacts
the stop.
2. RemovetheboltthatsecurestheStop
PlateandremoveStopPin.Refertogure5-22.

3. Rotate the arm to the new stop position.
Replace the Stop Pin, Stop Plate and secure with
bolt.
4. Repeat steps 2 & 3 to adjust other stop
if desired.
