■Please, Install the boiler in the exclusive place. (Forced Exhaust type FE)
ㆍThe exclusive place where is keep with air supply and exhaust should be install.
Forced draught balanced flue type (FF type) should be install exclusive place only except
following case① and②
①Screw type and flange type (Connection between water heater and ventilating shaft);
ventilating shaft should not separated from water heater.
②A ventilating opening should be connected to outside air and its size has to attain certain space.
Ventilating opening size to floor area should be in a ratio of 300㎤ to 1㎡
If you attach a wire net in ventilating opening, minus the wire net size.
■Do not install at outdoors
ㆍBoiler is for indoor use, if it is for outdoors, keep a
protection of products, especially enforce to keeping a pipe
warm prevent from winter snowing.
■Do not install the place is sealed
ㆍDo not installation the place is sealed, bathroom, it could be
choked with lack of oxygen because of bad ventilation
■Do not install near the heat appliance.
ㆍTake a distance 1,000mm over the other heat appliance,
Avoid the hot air.
ㆍTake a distance 300mm over the power outlet.
■Caution of combustible materials
ㆍDo not put any combustiable material, near by boiler.
(gasoline, thinner, sulfer, match. etc)
■Installation to the inflammable wall.
ㆍTake a distance of 45mm if there is inflammable wall.(both side)
ㆍWhen you install on a combustible wall, insert non-metallic
insulation panel which thickness is at least 3mm and keep at
least 150mm away from the wall on the left, right and above.
■Ensure the distance for repairing & maintenance
ㆍKeep away boiler from the front wall more than 600mm in
order to for repairing or maintenance.
■Installation on wall
ㆍIt is prefer to hard concrete wall. If it was installed on brick or
weak concrete wall, It would be reason for noisy when boiler using.
ㆍThe strength of wall on which boiler is installed should
be enough to support about 16~20kg weight. Otherwise,
reinforcement work is required.
ㆍTighten 4fixing screw (Anchor bolt) into each 2 long holes on
upper and lower parts of the product; Take a vertical installation
to endure the weight of product.
