1. Check
① Does hot water come out properly?
② Does heating properly work?
③ Is the drain hose connected?
 Check if the hose is
twisted or a joint is
disconnected.
④ Is there any leakage on piping?
 Check the pipe for gas,
water supply, hot water
and heating.
⑤ Is there any exposed pipe?
 Keep the hot water pipe
warm to reduce thermal
loss.
⑥ Does the remote controller properly
work?
⑦ Do you explain how to use the boiler?
 Select a manager and
explain how to use the
boiler.
2. Check the
space
around
the boiler
① Is air supply or ventilation done
properly?
 Check if a tube for air
supply, ventilation or
exhaust is dented or
clogged.
② Are there any flammables?

3. Drain Pipe Installation
(Check)
① Connect the drain hole on the
bottom left of the boiler to the
drain pipe using the flexible hose.
② Do not connect the shut off
valve to the flexible hose above.
If the drain hose is not connected
to the drain pipe, water from the
boiler may cause flooding.
4. Finishing
① Check if heating system is
completely installed including
water supply and heating pipe.
 Check if the heating
system components have
KS certification.
 Check if there is no
problem with the
appearance.
Check if the boiler installation is
completed (joints of the boiler and
the water header, joints of the
boiler and the hot water pipe,
joints of circulatory system for
heating)
② Clean the surroundings after
the completion of test run.
 Check if waste is
completely cleaned.
