Warning Must be followed
■Exhaust pipe installed tilt about 3 down direction to
outside for the prevent of back flow.
■At the end of the exhaust pipe, install an insect net to
prevent a ball from entering.(a ball of diameter 16mm)
■There is no obstacle from end of Exhaust pipe to
300mm distances, and window should apart
from right picture.
■In case of passing through inflammable wall,
wind up the circumference inflammable
material(thickness 20mm over)
■Length of air supply/exhaust pipe below L + (B90 X 2)
+ (B45 X 0.5 ) = 11m.
( L= A distance in straight line, B90 = 90 elbow,
B45 = 45°elbow )
If you need to extend a vent pipe longer than 11meter,
you must turn on the dip S/W No.6 in the main unit, but
in this case the extended length must not exceed
more than 13meter.
■In case of installing reclaiming work.
ㆍIn case install exhaust pipe as filling-in part inside of ceiling
and etc.,
connect each part securely, and wrap with incombustible
material except metal type so no gas leakages. Be sure to seal
each connection part with aluminum tape
ㆍTo examine and fix air supply/exhaust pipe in dark areas, install
examination openings.
Vertical Length of A is not exceed the 500mm.
If you exceed 500mm length, keep it warm with insulating material.
Caution (Maximum Length 1,000mm)
If you extended the exhaust pipe, the
proportion is 1EA: 900mm. If you
should not, there is a risk of emitting of
gas, gathering of water
Caution And also there is no sink at exhaust
pipe.
