Site Requirements
Mount the remote controller on the wall without any obstacles at a height of 1.2 to 1.5m from the
floor for simple control on the room temperature or hot water in a room or a living room.
The following places are not recommended for installation of remote controller.
- Places where temperature goes over 40C (around a gas stove).
- Places with direct sunlight.
- Humid places (around a gas stove or electric rice cooker).
- Places where water can splash (around sink or wash stand)
- Oily places
- Places using specific chemicals (including benzene or oily detergent).
Connection of Wire for Remote controller
Caution
The remote controller must use the double polyvinyl chloride precoated copper wire of two wire
system. Wires can be peeled off. Then, it can cause a short circuit or leakage current. If this occurs,
the boiler may not work properly.
Do not bind or put the AC220V power wire (including other electric appliances) and the remote
controller wire into the conduit tube for underground installation. The remote controller may be
influenced by electrical noise. The remote controller has no positive or negative pole. Strongly
cover the joints using the insulating tape to prevent
short circuit, leakage current or disconnection.
Connection of UTP Wire (Unshielded Twist Pair Wire)
If UTP wire is inevitably used, a pair of twisted wires
(dotted line) must be used. If not, UTP wire may
cause communication failure.
Connection of Remote Controller
Do not plug the boiler when connecting the remote controller wire
to the boiler. Do not plug the boiler in until the remote controller
installation is completed.
Do not disassemble the remote controller. It may cause the failure
of remote controller.
