Check if there is any leakage of gas,
water or current and the kind of gas.
① Open the valves of heating pipe
and hot water headers.
② Open the air release valve of
water header.
③ Plug in the boiler power.
At this moment, do not turn the
remote controller on.
④ Open the water filling valve.
⑤ Open the water filling valve until
the pressure gauge indicates
0.5~1.5kgf/cm2.
⑥ Open each water header to
release the air.
⑦ Close the front cover.
Check if each valve and gas
valve is opened. Turn
Heating on and get the set
temperature down.
⑧ Turn Heating on using the
remote controller and set the
Hot Water temperature.
Open the hot water valve
and check if hot water
comes out. Fasten the hot
water valve.
⑨ If heating is not required, turn
Heating off. Fill water until the
pressure gauge indicates
0.5~1.5kgf/cm2. Or drain water
by releasing air.
Visually check leakage from
joints of water filling tube,
hot water tube and heating
tube.
Check leakage using the
soapy water on the joints of
gas pipe.
When filling water, the LCD panel on the remote controller displays Heating and Bath. Do not control the
buttons on the remote controller at that moment.
When filling water during the test run, turn the Heating and Bath buttons off (initial setting of the
product), unplug the power. Next, plug the power in.
